Whenever I enter the Credit Union, I am greeted by 'Good Morning, Nora.' I can tell you how special it is that all your tellers know my name. They are all very nice and professional, as well as friendly. I think when you are dealing in Finance/Monies etc. I especially appreciate being treated in a friendly way. In a regular bank it is very impersonal and all business; it can be depressing. This is very true when you have a financial emergency. Recently, my car broke down, I use it to get to and from work. I went to my local Credit Union, within my lunch break I had my CU cash ready to give to my mechanic. No depressing No's or lots of paper work, just a little wait for the electronic transfer to occur. To me, it can't get any better than this. To have a Credit Union on premises is a real blessing. I have found the credit union to be very professional and thorough in my many, many transactions. One very important attribute of the credit union is their friendliness and efficiency. On one occasion, a fraudulent act against my account was found right away and I was informed right away. This is very important due to the rise of credit and identity theft. Sharon Eddie I can't praise the tellers at our credit union enough. The tellers are most informative starting with Margaret who has helped me with IRAs. Margaret, Gina, and Barbara have earned my respect with their assistance in all aspects of the credit union. Not only am I a member but my husband, children, and mother are members and they keep me informed of many things such as CDs, new checks arriving, and checks cashed, etc. They assist me in a most courteous and pleasant manner. All of their efforts meet my needs and they provide excellent service. Barbara Rutenberg I am an employee at the Department of Veterans Affairs, I have been a member of the VA Credit Union for many years. The ladies that are employed by the VA Credit Union are the most wonderful group of ladies you could ever meet. They are always very polite and courteous.
