This position is responsible for coordinating and directing marketing functions and for the formulation, development, and implementation of Credit Union marketing goals and objectives.  Participates in the inception and development of new services and products based on perceived member needs.  Organizes and directs the Marketing Department and ensures that marketing projects are well coordinated and complement the strategic objectives of the Credit Union.  Develop procedures, and training programs to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.
