DVA Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve our membership in a dual Member Service Representative /Teller role in our Washington DC location.


Position Requirements: Previous customer service or financial institution experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Symitar Episys a plus.


Position Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is able to identify member needs and provide appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include guiding members toward appropriate DVA FCU's products and services, processing loan requests and processing member's financial transactions in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

Position Requirements: Two years of financial institution or similar related job experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent member service, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Symitar Episys a plus.

Responsible for loan activity within the branch, ensuring loans are processed in a timely manner and that the loan goals are met.
